Shipping and Policies

Our shipping rate is $5.75 for your first item plus $1.00 for each additional item via USPS Priority Mail. These rates are for the continental United States only. Please contact at chatwithus@mindbodynspirits.com for rates outside that area.

Most order ship within three business days. Your items will arrive via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive your tracking number upon shipment. We do not guarantee delivery dates as we do not have control over the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost packages. We make every effort to give you the best information possible as it is received.

Returns

Prior authorization is required for all returns. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Refused shipments are subject to freight charges plus a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
