This company was started and is run by two stay at home moms, Sarah and Jennifer. We wanted to cultivate a business that would allow us to be creative and work around our families’ schedules. As mothers we are able to juggle many things, and many of our meetings take place with our children being pushed around in shopping carts while we talk business and pick up diapers and toilet paper or while making sand castles with the little ones on the beach. We have even taken our children to our lawyer’s office with us. Thankfully, our artist Dana, who brings our ideas and vision to life, is able to work with us as our children hop on and off of our laps, need their noses and bottoms wiped, and generally run around the room laughing and playing. Mind, Body ‘N Spirits would like to remind all women to take the time to nurture their soul and not to forget to have fun in the process. We hope you enjoy what we have to offer as this has been a fun and exciting experience for all of us! Cheers,
